Idiopathic Facial Aseptic Granuloma
Idiopathic facial aseptic granuloma is a cutaneous condition characterized by a chronic, painless, solitary nodule, reminiscent of an acne nodule, appearing on the cheeks of young children.:502 It has a prolonged course, but spontaneously heals.
